Rip frameio11/8/2023 One of those is to passphrase protect your video, meaning you can give it a password for anyone who goes to the actual email link. If I head over to my Toronto project here, and double-click this Toronto video, when I come over here to Share, either as a review link or as a presentation link, you'll see that we have options for advanced settings. I'll create that actual project and we can see here we're going to get ready to upload some files, but another feature actually happens to be on the assets themselves which you choose to share as links. This is just going to secure that they're not going to take any of the original assets and share them to people that you don't want them to. If I click the plus add project button, just going to call it WM for now, you can actually turn off right away from anyone having access to download the files. So I'm heading over into Safari, and the first thing I want to mention is what happens when you create an actual project. Now, again, this depends on the type of plan that's available which I'm showing you but I'll try to do my best to differentiate between these features. So let's now go to Frame.io and see a few of these features. Other things include giving life cycles to assets that you upload to Frame.io, so people only have access to it for a limited amount of time. Last but not least, admins can do a ton of things such as watermark video content with certain plans so that a user, when they download it, this is burnt into the video. All the data uploaded to Frame.io is encrypted using AES 256-bit encryption which is the best out there at the time of this video. They also use Amazon Web Services and have adopted some of the best practices in place including things such as multi-factor authentication and password and access key rotation. They are audit and compliant with the Trusted Partner Network, SOC 2 Type 2 and Privacy Shield. So, here's a few things that Frame.io does in terms of security for you. And if you're curious about enterprise security, you definitely want to contact someone from Frame.io to find out how they can keep your assets secure within your organization. I want to mention that I'm going to give a brief overview of some of the security features, but if you really want to see all the ways that Frame.io is going to keep your videos secure, look no further than their main page, where they have a security tab, you can read about it. In this movie we're going to look at keeping your videos secure with Frame.io.
